Return & Refund

 

You can return your item(s) purchased from vertexsusa.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. However, at this time, we only accept returns of product shipped within the United States and Canada. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.

Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. Vertex Style USA Inc. does not offer store credit or gift cards. Vertex Style USA Inc. does not accept returns on items purchased outside of vertexsusa.com.

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of vertexsusa.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.

If you’re returning an item after the initial 30 Days, but within 60 days after the original date of purchase, you may exchange the item for another item of equal or greater value (in which you are responsible for the difference in cost). All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date.

You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of any return shipping.

Please contact at captainstagusa@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any returns without an authorization code will not be valid and any refunds associated with the order will not be processed.
